Every compound discussed on this site, including ps r3 peptide, is treated exclusively as research use only laboratory material. I want to be equally explicit about what I am not: this notebook is not a medical resource of any kind. Nothing here is advice, and nothing here should be read as guidance for handling any substance outside properly equipped laboratory conditions by trained personnel. If you arrived here looking for anything other than a reading of the public literature, this site has nothing for you, and I would rather say that plainly than bury it.
The regulatory context, including the 2025 warning letters
It is a matter of public record that in 2025 the FDA issued warning letters to sellers of research peptides whose labelling and marketing implied application beyond laboratory settings. These letters are published on the agency website and I read them as primary sources, the same way I read papers. They are a useful reminder that the words wrapped around a code-named compound are regulated as seriously as the compound itself.
The lesson I take from that record is about framing, and it is the reason this site reads the way it does. Where marketing copy has implied outcomes, claimed purity without verification, or borrowed the clinical vocabulary of named medicines for unnamed codes, regulators have treated the implication as the violation. I keep my own vocabulary strictly descriptive for exactly that reason.
What this notebook deliberately does not provide
This site lists no prices, no shipping terms, no payment arrangements, and no refund or discount code of any kind, because it sells nothing and points nowhere commercial. I name no suppliers, no procurement channels, and no marketplaces. I do not discuss diluents, syringes, or any handling paraphernalia bundled with these materials, and I do not reproduce the concentration series or administration descriptions that would convert a literature note into an operating instruction.
The omission is deliberate and it is the whole point of the compliance posture. A notebook that documented everything except the last mile would still be functioning as a guide to that last mile. I close it off instead, and I would rather lose readers over the omission than keep them under false pretences.
